Refund policy

Every piece from Autonomous Artistry is made by hand, to order, and built to last. We stand behind our work completely.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hi@autonomousartistry.com and we will issue store credit toward a future purchase. Items must be returned in original, unused condition. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Because each piece is made specifically for you, we do not offer cash refunds. Store credit never expires and can be used on anything in the shop.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
