Leather is honest. It shows where it's been. Straps wear, stitching loosens, hardware gets nicked. That's not failure — that's character. And when something structural needs attention, we'll take care of it.

Structural repairs — always.
If a seam fails, a rivet pulls, or a strap attachment gives out under normal use, we'll repair it at no charge. Send it back. We'll fix it.

Hardware replacement — always.
Buckles, D-rings, snaps, zippers. If hardware fails through use (not abuse), we'll replace it.
