We do not mass produce.  Since the bags are made by hand one at a time the turn around process is typically 2-4 weeks on average.  We keep a few of our core collection pieces in stock and ready to ship.  If it is a product that is not in stock and have to make it our goal is 14-21 days.   Custom Orders generally within 60 days.

Some do; however, no liner is just as good if not better.  Leather will last longer than any other fabric.  It's merely a personal preference and simply an aesthetic choice.  The flesh side of the hide is often protected or compressed down to avoid loose fibers. 

We generally source from two separate tanneries for all our products.  One is based in Tuscany and is certified by The Genuine Italian Vegetable Tanned Leather Consortium.  And another is world renowned Tannery here in the States which is based out of Chicago.  We do use other vegetable tanned bridal and harness leathers from a couple other tanneries.
